At Nexus Elite, every piece of apparel is made to order with care and precision. While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for most situations, we’re committed to making things right if your order isn’t up to standard.
Fast Resolutions – No Hassle
After your order is delivered, you'll receive an email asking you to rate your experience. If there’s an issue with your order, you can use the link in that email to:
- Request a free reprint
- Request a refund
- Leave a review
This helps us resolve any problems quickly and ensure you're 100% satisfied.
What Qualifies for a Free Reprint or Refund
We offer a reprint or refund for:
- Incorrect items received
- Print errors
- Damaged or defective products
- Major quality issues
To be eligible, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
What Doesn't Qualify
Because every item is custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Dislike of the color, style, or fit after receiving the item
Tip: Double-check your order and sizing info before checkout!
Shipping Issues
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check around your property or with neighbors
- Contact your local postal service
- If still unresolved, use the link in your delivery email to report the issue

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your item begins production and cannot be changed or canceled.
