Refund Policy

We as a small business returns and exchanges are subject to a 14-day policy. If you receive a product that is faulty or you're unhappy with your purchase, you'll need to reach out within 14 days to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot be able to offer you a refund or exchange. It's also important to note that purchases are final and orders cannot be cancelled. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, please review our policy below very carefully before emailing us.

 

Returns:

- All items being returned must meet the following requirements in order to be shipped back to us.

  • Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving your order, if the 7 days have gone by since then your item(s) will not offer you a return/exchange.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undried.
  • Item(s) must not be covered in animal/ human hair or lint.
  • Item(s) with any detergent stains or strong odor will not be accepted
  • We can’t accept returns on any water bottles for sanitary reasons. 
  • If your order is included with tags, and in its original packaging must be attached. 
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nexuseliteco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions Request

  • If your item(s) meets our return requirements we will offer an exchange request based on stock availability.
  • If stock was unavailable, a discount code will be issued to you please look at our discount section to read more about it.

 

Discounts

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically get a discount code to use on your next payment method and this code can range around 15- 25 percent. Please email us at info@nexuseliteco.com if the code that we issued to you doesn't work try again later and if it still not working email us and we will send you a new code if needed.
